Sometimes it will show the buses sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve sent at least five emails about the problems of not showing the buses or getting any notifications and I have not once been contacted back ever, very disappointed! For example, today it said the bus was in another town while it’s sitting in front of my house. I’ll also randomly get notifications for days and times that I did not request. Today finally seems like it’s working, go to check on the kids bus, and it says “we are experiencing high traffic, please try again later” It’s freaking dismissal time he is on his way home, of course everyone is accessing.
