In 4 Languages: Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese!!
APP to create automatically Meals in ZONE according to the Barry Sears guidelines.

I do rely on this app frequently for my food prep. Helps me to have a balanced diet and feel good. I do strongly recommend. When I used to live in Australia I downloaded the pro app which here in uk I am not able 😔 I do miss that, as was so professional developed app. This version is ok, does the job!

Anni fa iniziai l’alimentazione a zona con le tabelle, non durai molto. Ora con la App è tutto più facile e diventa quasi un gioco inventare nuovi menù in zona. Apri il frigorifero e in base a quello che hai ti costruisci il pasto in pochi minuti. Con le tabelle sarebbe una grande perdita di tempo in calcoli assurdi. L’ideatore è molto grato, disponibile e veloce nelle risposte ai nostri suggerimenti, problemi incomprensioni. L’ho contatto più volte. Sicuramente con l’aiuto di tutti gli utenti riuscirà ad affinare e migliorare sempre di più questa app, che già così è tanta roba 😉 Sono 10 mesi che la utilizzo, perso 10kg, migliorato la qualità delle mie energie e del sonno notturno.

Ho scaricato l’app dopo innumerevoli utilizzi di altre. Questa è sicuramente la più veloce e intuitiva. L’unica, al momento, che ti permette di inserire gli alimenti e zonarli in automatico. Chi fa questo tipo di alimentazione sa perfettamente che l’unico scotto di questa dieta è stare a creare i pasti equilibrati. Con questa app si semplifica nettamente il ‘lavoro’. Complimenti!

Not intuitive and difficult to use.

This doesn’t seem to be intuitive at all. I just want an app that allows me to enter my meals and calculate the blocks. It just keeps flipping back to asking me for measurements. A waste of money unless you can give me a decent tutorial!

Mi ero avvicinata alla dieta zona su indicazione del medico ma dopo aver scaricato ricette e tabelle sono andata in crisi e pensavo di non essere in grado di gestire tutti quei calcoli e proporzioni. Poi  ho scoperto questa app. Partendo dalle tue misure ti dice di quanti blocchetti al giorno hai bisogno . Inserisci il
peso dell alimento ( c e' anche la possibilita' di scansionare il
codice a barre)e ti dice cosa aggiungere o togliere ( troppi grassi / proteine ecc) in modo da arrivare al rapporto ottimale per la Zona . Fornisce indicazioni sia percentuali / blocchi e calorie . Il database e' in continuo ampiamento grazie alla condivisione degli utenti . ho fatto controlli incrociati sia per i blocchi che alimenti ed e' attendibile. Il servizio assistenza ( mail) e' professionale e celere! Non posso che consigliarla ! Ottima! e indispensabile
