First and most important, the game does not update other players location correctly and lags. It should also automatically eliminate people who are found instead of having the tagger do it manually. The way the time and zone works is also very complicated. The last change I would like to point out is the ability to only play one game per day for the non paid version. I agree with the price, but I think you should be able to play at least three games per day.
