- Zone Vibrate now remembers the zones you trained in. Come back, and one tap starts the next workout with the same set — no re-tapping the arcs every time.
- Picking two zones now means everything between them, so a 2–4 selection no longer behaves as if you had only chosen zone 2.

A weather page you can read at a glance

- Wind is now a compass dial rather than a line of text: a marker on the side the wind is coming from, and a north marker that keeps pointing north as you turn.
- Wind speed and gust sit on the dial next to the bearing they belong to.
- Added rain chance and expected rainfall for the next hour, today's temperature range, and UV.

New iPhone app

- See what every zone means in beats per minute for your own heart, warm-up band included. The figures come from your watch, which reads them from Health.
- The same weather dial, on a bigger screen.
- A guided tour of what the watch app does, on first launch and any time from Settings.
