## What is ZoneLock?

STOP CHECKING YOUR WRIST WHILE YOU TRAIN.
ZoneLock keeps you in your target heart-rate zone with real-time voice, audio, and haptic cues. Pick a zone, start your session, and know the moment you need to push harder, ease off, or when you're back in range.

TRAIN WITH APPLE WATCH OR A CHEST STRAP
Use your Apple Watch as your live heart-rate source or connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate chest strap. Start a session and let ZoneLock monitor your effort while you focus on the workout.

REAL-TIME ZONE GUIDANCE
Choose Zone 1 through Zone 5. ZoneLock alerts you when you move above or below your target so you can adjust without constantly looking at a screen.

PERSONALIZED HEART-RATE ZONES
Set up your five training zones using your profile and ZoneLock's guided calibration flow. Your BPM ranges are saved so you can start future sessions quickly.

SESSION SUMMARIES
Review time in zone, average BPM, max BPM, and how much of each workout was below, in, or above your target - right after every session.
