I tried re-installing the app and now its privacy settings don’t even have the option to connect to a local network. While using the app it started glitching and froze his iPhone, so badly that he couldn’t even do a factory reset. I have never seen this happen with any apps before. He’s phone is completely destroyed and now has to buy a new one. I will never be using this app or any others by the company. ### 1/5 — Zero Connection Ability *2025-04-24, version 1.1* Same issues as everyone else. If you’re more than 10 metres away from the box on the wall you have no hope of changing any settings via the app. Sometimes if I mash the refresh button I’ll get it to locate the device in under 5 minutes. That’s when it works well.
