My only reservation is that they try to sell you their own brand of vitamins and minerals…..which sound amazing, but adds to my questioning their genuineness. ### 5/5 — Packed with pertinent info *2024-03-25* I’ve been watching the brain docuseries and am finding these episodes bursting with innovative research on the root causes of cognitive decline. These not only explain the reasons for various dementias but also how one might reverse them - a tremendous cause for hope. Also included herein are ways and means for prevention, so one needn’t suffer from cognitive loss in the first place. My only suggestion is that there could be a list of experts in this field who are actually taking on new patients. All this groundbreaking material can be so much more helpful if one has a medical provider who can do all the testing and interpretation, so all this wisdom can be properly applied. I can’t tell you how this has begun to change my life. I am looking forward to my future with happiness, joy, peace and contentment. I have always been optimistic. However, recently I came down with tremors which the doctors don’t have an answer for me. However, I’m so impressed with the quality and extent of the content, covering so many topics with both short “health bites” and long-ranging episodes, from brain health to exercise, from children to seniors, that I’m now making listening to Zonia a key part of my day. I tried to cancel one day past the time you had to cancel. I told them that I was just diagnosed with breast cancer. They did not care and they did not give my money back. Extremely affordable ### 5/5 — Glad I Decided to Purchase *2025-11-21* I started with the free Ageless documentary and decided to purchase the subscription since I knew I wanted to watch the whole series but wouldn’t have time to finish them before the free viewing expired. I’m on the last episode now and I have to say, the purchase would be worth it if that were the only thing available! It is a wealth of information, AND, it is definitely not a 10 episode sales pitch to buy their specific supplements or use their services (which is what I fully expected it would be). I’m looking forward to diving in to more once I’ve finished Ageless. And I’ve started on some of the workouts, which I’ve also found to be enjoyable with choices for all fitness levels and time restraints.
