1. Написала обращение в поддержку более месяца назад - ответа нет. Исправления ошибки нет. Регистрации обращения также не получила. 2. Задания «застряли» - заработать карты зверей из заданий можно только платно.

It’s ok once you start the game, but making progress is so DIFFICULT, earning the gold $ coins is so hard, and you’re only allowed 4 working picks and it takes forever to build something sometimes hours on a timer, you can’t get many animals without real difficult, It gets a little boring to be honest, You just collect the green cash (which you can’t really use for anything MAJOR without the gold coins) and feed the animals… Needs some work to be honest if you want people to be downloading and playing.

色んな動物や飾りを設置していろいろな発想が出てきて楽しいのですが。
物を作るのにすごく時間が多いです動物のおもちゃやお店など時間がかかってやることがない時があります。
そこをちょっとだけ作る時間を短くして欲しいです。
無理なら構いません。

really enjoy this game, ads are a choice. it does get harder the more u progress to not spend money as land gets very expensive etc

Although you have to watch an ad for a free chest, the ads help you skip hours worth of building time, animal breeding, and animal placement. I love this game and organizing everything :) I would say some build times are insanely too long like decorations for inside the habitats. I wish these were way shorter.

Das Spiel ist wirklich sehr gut und schön gemacht. Ich würde mir aber wünschen, dass der Bildschirm nicht so überladen wirkt. Überall pop ups und Symbole. Die nehmen etwas den Spaß. Und vielleicht könnte man ja einführen, dass Geld automatisch eingesammelt wird. Sonst sehr tolles Spiel!

I was really enjoying the game. I finally decided to get the gold pass for $6.99- after resisting for a long time… and instead of being charged $6.99, I was charged $51.97

This game as well as their other game “Zoo Life” uses AI generated assets instead of hiring real humans to do art that would look so much better 

I say a complete artstyle rework is in order because this just looks ugly

Ads are fine for a reward, but sometimes you have to watch a double ad to get the reward and it doesn’t even give it to you. Waste of time/frustrating.

Started out great for a month and then it got to the point where I can’t fit a family of four panda In an enclosure and a food trough for them. It’s either 3 panda and food or a perfect family of four but the habitat doesn’t have room for a simple food station

This is almost exactly like the original zoo life. Nothing new here to see. Have no idea why they made this. They would do better expanding land on their other better games. I got bored with this game in about a week.

Played for like a week, day 1 you progress a lot but after that it’s really slow. Can’t add new animals unless you pay real money or get coins which are rare, can’t feed them all even with fully leveled up farms. Start off with loads of money so no real rewards at all. Not worth it.

Been playing this game a while now, but it is getting a little tedious. You have to wait ages (sometimes days) for building to finish or babies to be created. All your end up doing is going round your zoo collecting stuff, I think there should be a collect all button!

Ein super tolles Spiel. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Tiere sind super schön gemacht und man kann unterschiedliche Dekorationen, Wege etc. bauen. 
Einziger Kritikpunkt: bei der Aufgabe in der Bibliothek wo man unterschiedliche Tiere in die Wildnis entlassen soll, versteh ich nicht wie man dies macht.

Sehr schönes Spiel, liebevoll gestaltet, man hat freie Hand seinen Zoo zu gestalten 👍 Und die Tiere sind zu goldig. Es spielt sich unkompliziert und hat trotzdem mehr zu bieten, als der erste Blick darauf zeigt. Für meinen Geschmack ein Spiel, welches sich lohnt anzuschauen… ✨👍 Ich hab wirklich Spaß damit 😊 Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous pouvons dans l’univers de la création d’un zoo. Cela me rappelle mon enfance avec le jeu sur ordinateur, Zo Tikoun. C’est une très bonne surprise, j’y joue tous les jours, dommage qu’il y ait autant d’options payantes. Sinon tout est parfait.
