I downloaded the app thinking the issue with the map was resolved with the last update. I was wrong! The issue continues to persist as stated by other users. The app does not allow me to buy tickets either. It redirects me back to the same page over and over. This app needs a major overhaul! Like I said in the title, it’s definitely not user error!

With this new version 1.2 every time you click on the map, the app crashes. So if you haven’t updated it yet, don’t!

The thing that interest me most was the map which does not work at all. Every time I select map the application crashes. This definitely needs an update/fix.

The zoo doesn’t accept mobile tickets, anything bought electronically must be printed.
(Ignorant in a technological era)

Deciding to spend my money elsewhere because I had the option for discounted corporate tickets, but can’t use it because I have no access to a printer.

Needs major updating. The Zoo has a bunch of new features. I couldn't find the feeding times or show times. Maybe next time I'll actually be able to use it. We ended up using the paper map.

Works fine but it should have an option to save zoo membership in the app without having to create an account. There should be an option to upload zoo Miami membership to Apple wallet and let employees scan from phone instead of a physical card.

It would be useful if the developer would address that glitch.
