## What is ZooAtlas?

ZooAtlas is a playful zoo learning app for kids, families, and animal lovers. Explore animal profiles, discover where each animal lives in the zoo, learn fun facts, meet zoo keepers and volunteers, and enjoy a colorful interactive experience designed to make learning feel exciting.

With ZooAtlas, you can browse a growing collection of animals across different zoo parks, including mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, and amphibians. Each animal profile includes a friendly illustrated character, feeding time, zoo location, a live map view, and extra photo galleries to help children connect cartoons with real animals.

On supported devices, ZooAtlas can create enhanced animal descriptions using Apple Foundation Models. When that feature is not available, the app automatically uses its built-in descriptions, so the experience still works smoothly for everyone.

ZooAtlas also includes interactive features that make the app feel more alive:

Animal chats focused on each specific animal
A general Zoo Chat for broader animal and zoo questions
Voice controls for listening to descriptions and chat responses
Fun multiple-choice quizzes with scoring
