The management keeps apologising and does nothing about the concerns raised. I cancelled all services that i had been availing from them and my refund hasn’t been processed and it’s been more than two weeks. Very immature, unprofessional and amateur set up. Wont recommend to anyone after the multiple Harrasing incidents occurred with my fur babies. ### 1/5 — Fraud App, Looted My Money. BEWARE *2025-11-23, version 4 (1)* Fraud app. ZoodleApp is a complete scam. Their payment gateway doesn’t work, the dog sitter forced me to pay privately, took the money and never showed up. I ended up losing my money with zero service. No support, no accountability — just a fraudulent, useless app. Stay away. ### 4/5 — 7 day bording *2025-12-16, version 4 (1)* Recently I booked an open boarding house for my pet through the ZoodleApp for seven days and had a good experience. The sitter shared regular photos and updates on the app, which made me feel relax and confident . The person that came to walk my dog was so wonderful with her. She gets a good walk twice a day & a bit of play time.
