I scheduled a ride over 2 weeks out and received confirmation and driver information right away so I was impressed. I called customer service the day before my ride to make sure everything was still scheduled and they confirmed it was. The morning of my flight, I was supposed to get picked up at 6:45am. At 6:30am I received a text saying no drivers were available and my ride was canceled which left me scrambling last minute for transportation.
