I tried logging in with my school account but it didn’t work and kept saying check your Internet connection when I am perfectly good Internet and everything is working please help me find out how to login I love you the same information my school gave me

I don’t know what happened. I logged in with my school account like I did normally but this time I was given a fresh start. Very disappointed to find that this took full effect even when I log on in school. Had to send to Data Arcade
