### 2/5 — Why did I download this app??

*2024-09-06, version 3.0.1*

Everything opens in the browser? I got the app to better keep track of my zoom appointments and aftercare instructions, but the app is just redirecting everything to the web. What’s the point of the app if I can’t even log in on it??

### 2/5 — Terrible functionality

*2024-07-16, version 2.41.0*

I’ve been using ZoomCare for over six years and the care is excellent but both the app and the website are garbage. I’ve had to drive to a clinic twice now to make a video care appointment. Make it make sense.

### 2/5 — Really like zoomcare, really dont like the app

*2024-05-16, version 2.41.0*

While Zoomcare has been great for both routine primary and urgent care, their app does not hold up. The interface is clunky: often have to close out to get it to let me select a date for appointments, the login box is buggy and won’t let you paste a password from a password manager half the time. But mostly, the app doesn’t do a whole lot. Want to check or send a message? That’s back to the website to login again.

Great service, not such a great app. Using the website is just an easier experience.

### 1/5 — STOP LOGGING ME OUT

*2023-12-13, version 2.34.0*

I have to log in each time I use this irritating app. I should just delete it and access the mobile website, there’s little reason to use this.

### 1/5 — Terrible app-doesn’t work

*2023-09-29, version 2.32.0*

This is the worst app. It previously worked great until about a year ago. It never works to schedule an appointment, claiming they don’t have clinics in the area-although I select a city in their drop down and have tried the use my location feature. It’s a beyond frustrating user experience.

### 1/5 — Horrible UI

*2023-09-24, version 2.32.0*

You can schedule your child’s appointments, but then there is no way to see you child’s appointments or to cancel them.

It is likely that insurance for dependents is also not remembered.

Epic fail.

### 2/5 — Lack of connectivity to Apple Health

*2023-09-14, version 2.32.0*

I’ve been using ZoomCare for almost 10 years and the app almost as long. Considering how long this app has been out and the service has been around, it’s inexcusable that there’s no integration or connectivity to Apple Health. Since their offices run on Apple products, you’d think they would have worked with the Health app from the start. A use another health provider along with ZoomCare and their app integrates completely with Health so I can easily share my records. ZoomCare doesn’t share so I have to download my records from the desktop site if I want to share it with another health provider. This leads to me having the verbally bridge the gap with medical providers when I’m being seen.

### 1/5 — Last update

*2023-09-04, version 2.29.0*

Since last update app force closes. Can’t set appointments through app anymore due to constant force closing

### 3/5 — Good when it works, but MAJOR issues.

*2023-09-03, version 2.29.0*

I’m on iOS. Running the most recent app update and most recent iOS system. The app has really great potential, but it’s pretty useless for me right now. This most recent update has left the app’s “get care” screen broken and glitched. I can only filter by clinics by city. The option to search for a particular specialty isn’t there. I can only schedule for general injury/illness because the option for selecting anything else just doesn’t show. If I select the “more information” option, it overlays the text across the main screen with no background. That additional info is essentially illegible. The pop up seems to be broken. It also won’t save my insurance information on the app so I have to select the “uninsured” option to make an appointment. It won’t save payment cards either. This app could be incredible, but these glaring issues make it unusable. I hope the developer addresses things soon, because there isn’t a point in my having the app right now with its current state.

Update: Sep 2nd, 2023
App is completely unusable on iOS. It starts up, loads then crashes. I don’t know who they’ve got making this app but it’s just progressively getting worse.

### 1/5 — Unable to make appointments

*2023-08-30, version 2.29.0*

Besides being constantly logged out, I’m unable to manage or make appointments, whenever I try to make one it reroutes me back to the Home Screen of the app and never lets me complete the appointment.

Even with latest update (8/29) now the app won’t even open

### 1/5 — Fast, low quality

*2023-08-04, version 2.20.0*

You can be seen quick but don’t expect it to go smoothly in any capacity.

### 2/5 — Please make compatible with Apple

*2023-08-04, version 2.20.0*

The app is buggy but the most frustrating part is if you’re on iOS the map only goes to google. The calendar appointments only work with google. These file types are intentional and it’s annoying someone on your dev team did this. It didn’t used to work that way. It’s 2023 there’s universal file types for this stuff now.

### 1/5 — Impossible to book for days

*2023-07-02, version 2.20.0*

When you click on stuff. No response. App didn’t work

### 1/5 — Do not use this service

*2023-06-29, version 2.20.0*

It’s impossible to get a hold of them or follow up with any issues. There’s not customer support and it’s impossible to get a hold of any doctors you’ve seen before.

### 1/5 — Avoid ZoomCare at all costs

*2023-06-20, version 2.20.0*

ZoomCare misdiagnosed my gallstone; I was in extreme pain and they gave several ultrasounds. I went to a real doctor and they found the gallstone immediately. I could have died.

ZoomCare is not really medicine. It’s retail therapy. If you are actually sick, or could be actually sick, do not go to ZoomCare.

### 1/5 — The only thing the app does is crash

*2023-05-31, version 2.20.0*

I have been unable to use the app for months. I’m wondering if it is an iOS/Mac OS issue as it intermittently won’t even let me log in via Safari on my MacBook. It’s just very frustrating. The app itself is the worst. As it has basically stopped working, I’ve even deleted it and reinstalled to no avail. At least about 1/20 times that I try to access via Safari it works. Unfortunately, between this and just the inability to actually get in touch easily with providers I’m going to have to switch.

### 3/5 — Unable to search the actual physicians

*2023-04-11, version 2.20.0*

App is mostly fine, able to schedule and view existing appointments but can’t search or find anything about the physicians at each location. There’s no ability to filter by gender preferences (Im not alone as a woman preferring to be seen by a woman).

### 3/5 — Useful but now broken

*2023-02-09, version 2.18.0*

I have to use their website now instead of their app because there’s no option to specify what care I want now. I am using an iPhone so I don’t know if the issue is the same on android. I love this company and am glad signing on through a browser still works as intended but I hope there will be an update for the app soon.

### 1/5 — Can’t schedule an appointment

*2023-01-29, version 2.18.0*

The app is completely broken. I try to schedule an appointment, it takes me to the payment page and then completely resets and takes me back to the search page. It is incredibly frustrating and I cannot understand how the developers have allowed this to happen or how the app is 5 stars. I suspect some kind of automated review generation is responsible for that rating.

### 3/5 — Good when it works, but MAJOR issues.

*2023-01-18, version 2.18.0*

I’m on iOS. Running the most recent app update and most recent iOS system. The app has really great potential, but it’s pretty useless for me right now. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stopped be useful

*2026-02-13, version 3.0.5*

I have been going to Zoomcare for almost a decade. The app use to be great. You could message, schedule appointments, look at test results, etc. Now the app is just a glorified map of locations, it has little reason to exist anymore.

### 1/5 — Why bother?

*2025-10-14, version 3.0.5*

App now does nothing but send you to a browser, just a collection of links?!?! If they aren’t gonna bother making it useful, don’t bother downloading it!

### 1/5 — Fake ratings give this 5 stars. It should get 1.

*2025-08-08, version 3.0.5*

This app is proof that iOS App Store ratings are bogus because it literally does nothing. All the options just say to open a regular browser and go to zoomcare.com. No scheduling in this app. No patient information in this app. Nada. It’s an app a company puts out to say they have an app. Don’t waste your time or storage installing this.

### 1/5 — App does not work properly

*2024-09-13, version 3.0.1*

I type in the symptom and then a box to schedule pops up but it’s all white and I can’t click or see anything.

### 1/5 — They broke everything :(

*2024-08-18, version 3.0.0*

This used to be a great service. Did they get acquired by morons? I no longer get appointment reminders and the web services have been trashed. Can’t view my current appointments either.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2024-08-03, version 3.0.0*

Glitchy and they can't even get the basics right.

### 1/5 — Horrible update

*2024-07-25, version 3.0.0*

I can’t figure out how to book my monthly meds visit through video. It only lets me choose nearby clinics (which there are none that offer my services) and doesn’t let me choose the video call option. This is horrible UI. Go back to the old way. You shouldn’t making things harder for people, especially being a medical provider.

### 1/5 — Go back to old UI

*2024-07-22, version 3.0.0*

New UI is clunky and unintuitive. Takes more steps. Go back to the old UI

### 1/5 — Unavailable for 3+ days

*2024-07-11, version 2.41.0*

The app is down for more than 3 days. Really?

### 1/5 — No medical doctors

*2024-04-10, version 2.37.0*

I live near a major city, and at all Zoom Care locations, on weekdays, I see only nurses, licensed physician assistants, and naturopathic doctors. Zero medical doctors. There are private urgent care clinics, with full-time medical doctors, that are probably a better alternative. You will likely pay something comparable for a visit either way. Also, ZoomCare seems to have removed the ability to schedule an illness/injury related appointment.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I love zoomcare!!!!

*2022-11-18, version 2.15.0*

I have a chronic illness (POTS and hEDS) and so there are a lot of times when I need to see a doctor within the next 48 hours for a small but important thing, but I hate regular urgent care cause it’s so chaotic and disorganized and I don’t feel like it’s actually worth it. The doctors at zoom care are always so kind and patient and everything is so much easier.

### 5/5 — Great Model, Reliable and Efficient Service

*2020-07-31, version 1.6*

Thank you Zoom for all the great care over the years, and during the rough Covid times!

### 5/5 — Zoom back to health

*2020-02-15*

We are new to WA state since the summer. We have had a few illnesses pop up since our move and Zoom in Redmond has been there every time! Scheduling an appointment is very easy and you check in and are seen almost immediately. No sitting in waiting rooms for hours with tons of other sick people. Just fast and efficient. Would highly recommend their services.

### 5/5 — Awesome solution/addition to healthcare today

*2019-11-26*

App works well and makes getting an appointment insanely easy. Yes, you have to set up yet another password and account to remember, but once set up you can open the app and schedule an appointment in literally 30 seconds or less. Just be on time for your appointment! 5 min late policy is strictly enforced (but that’s how they stay on time so you don’t sit in a waiting room for 30mins).

### 5/5 — Good App

*2019-11-18*

I wish more medical places had this; trying to book online is usually a big hassle but Zoom has made a very modern-feeling efficient app.

Note I haven’t actually seen the doctor yet, so I’m endorsing the software in this app not Zoom themselves.

### 5/5 — Breathtaking service

*2019-09-22, version 1.4.6*

Lightning fast. No wait. Clean, aesthetically pleasing facilities, extremely friendly, professional staff. On site meds. I literally couldn't ask for a more stress free health clinic.

### 5/5 — Zoom+ Care is the best care!

*2019-09-06*

I just moved from a different state which Zoom+ Care doesn’t exist. I found these guys when I was sick with bronchitis, and my first visit was painless and easy. They serve hot tea, the atmosphere is soft and there’s no harsh lighting. It’s very comforting for someone who is TERRIFIED of hospitals (me). I highly recommend this care, it’s truly the best I’ve ever had.

### 5/5 — Convenient & Easy

*2019-04-10, version 1.4.6*

ZoomCare in general is easy but this makes it possible to set up an appointment in under 30 seconds!

### 5/5 — Easy easy

*2018-11-08, version 1.4.5*

It’s easy to use the app, and the information you need is available when you are ready for it.

### 5/5 — Zoom

*2018-11-07, version 1.4.5*

Zoom care is wonderful!!!! I just moved to Hawaii from Oregon and didn’t have a doctor and NEEDED TO SEE SOMEONE. They stepped in and help me with what I needed. I would recommend them. And the app is easy to use
