Be your own album maker with ZoomIn.. it’s perfect.. although I just wish that it allows more than 32 pics at a time.. maybe max 50.. ### 4/5 — Mention the file size compatibility *2025-10-31, version 11.0* It would be great if you can mention the file size compatibility. I had created an album with 36 pages and from 37th onwards it not allowing me to make any changes. I used to order when I was in India. I am still using it by placing the orders in India and I collect my orders when I come to India. I have two feedback to improve further: 1. In few of my orders I added few stickers for which I was charged but those were missing in my posters. 2. In collage I am unable to edit text in IPhone 16 mobile app. While it is allowed in desktop login but in desktop login some photos are not appearing properly. 3. A simple request to the zoomin as where there are loyality customers could consider the shipping charges less as when we apply any coupon we are paying 200 rs for shipping to the product and everything else is awesome. From the start, the app is unreliable and horribly designed. I tried uploading two photos for a product called MiniMagnet. One photo came out fine, but the other was a complete mess—only half of my face showed up, with most of my forehead missing. This is beyond unacceptable. The app crashes constantly, and the quality of prints is awful. Customer support is non-responsive, and the entire process is a nightmare. Do not download ZoomIn—it is a total waste of time and money, and it should never be used by anyone. ### 1/5 — Completely Unreliable App & Pathetic Customer Support *2026-04-07, version 11.0* Absolutely terrible experience with Zoomin. The app’s editing features are completely unreliable. I spent time rotating and cropping my photos within the app, only to receive printed photos where NONE of those edits were applied. What’s the point of providing editing tools if they don’t reflect in the final output? To make things worse, their customer support is useless. I raised a ticket, and instead of investigating the issue, they outright denied it and refused to take any responsibility. No resolution, no accountability—just a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this app if you care about quality or basic customer service. Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-10-23, version 10.9* If re-downloads from the same ip address are counted as downloads the last thousand would be just me because that's how many times the app crashed and I had to re-download. If I made an app with these many glitches I'd probably quit right away. ### 1/5 — Product Not yet delivered *2025-08-13, version 10.7* Very bad experience. I ordered a product on 29th July, and since 2nd August the status has been stuck at “short shipment” in the same location. Today is the 13th, and there is still no update or expectation for delivery. This is highly disappointing, especially for a store that deals with gifts — which are meant for specific occasions. What is the point of promising delivery dates if the gift arrives long after the event? A delay of 3–4 days is understandable, but here there’s been no movement and no communication from the seller. Customer care only says “we are checking” without any meaningful update. Overall, a desperate and frustrating experience. ### 1/5 — App is closing automatically *2025-05-05, version 10.5* This app is not up to mark. When you open and add photos, it wont give any issues but once you started adjusting the photos, it auto closes and wont let you finish the album. I have wasted my 2-3 hours on this and post adding photos, i can not do anything as it closes whenever I am trying to edit. It is same issue on browser as well. It is popping up that issue is not on your side, it is on zoomin side… but who will resolve this???? ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2025-02-17, version 10.2* Order Id is ZO-C24B78E1C2. The courier company did not even try to deliver the courier. No courier person has talked to me on the phone, nor has he tried to deliver the courier to my home. Still they write that the address is wrong or undeliverable. I want to know that Zoomin people should tell me that if my address is wrong then how did all the couriers get delivered till now? Even before this I have tried to contact the zoomin, but I am not able to get any solution. Overall I would say that the worst service ever has been provided by the zoomin people . And now I don't even hope that I will receive my courier. ### 1/5 — Fraud and Poor Support *2024-12-28, version 10.1* I ordered two 2.75 magnets and two 3.75 magnets but in the packet I just received two magnets only rest two were missing! I paid 677 and didn’t expect this from zoomin, this was not my first order and I needed a resolution as this was a gift for someone. I tried mailing, texting on insta, tweeting, didn’t get any help, order from somewhere else or go out on a shop to buy but just refrain from buying from this zoomin please! Save your money! You are not going to get heard as they have no support! ### 1/5 — Very irritating app, please improve the glitch *2024-09-08, version 9.9* I am trying to order a 40 page hard cover book but after making 20-25 pages, the application is not working at all (maybe due to heavy load) but it is now impossible now to complete my album as the app gets closed automatically when I try to do anything on that album. Apart from editing my album, I can do any other thing inside the app smoothly but cannot complete my existing album. I have tried at least 30-40 times now and I am too much irritated by this. I copied that album and tried to work on the duplicate but couldn’t work on that as well. Tried to work on laptop but it is worse on that as it has some separate glitch. I am surprised that there is no other review related to this issue but I hope this issue will be resolved soon. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2024-08-24, version 9.9* The UPI payment timed out because your website was able to connect with the UPI provider...after timeout the website placed an order automatically without any information. I though like Zomato it automatically went on to COD. Today I came to know the order in not place due to payment not prosser...this was a gift for birthday...you will not process the courier untill payment and gift will come after the birthday....it was your job to send me email or SMS to inform me to continue with payment. You don't have a customer care phone number or chat options...your help desk section is outdated . ### 1/5 — Absolutely no regard for customer *2024-06-03, version 9.9* I ordered a photobook from Zoomin and they sent me a faulty copy. I pointed out the problems, which was really annoying as they only had to print what I had designed with so much effort and patience using their useless buggy app. Then to discuss and resolve this I had to connect with their team through emails as that is the only communication medium. They replied to emails one per week. With this stupid process they also kept asking me stupid questions on information I had already given. This went on for more than a month. Then they sent me a revised copy. With same faults! No other brand has ever tested my patience this way and I do not wish this torture upon my worst enemy. Their products are just so nice - I specially recommend the fridge magnets and metal prints .. I have got so many of these printed for my own-self and also to give as gifts and it’s a crowd pleaser !! The print sharpness and quality is also lovely - on all their products !! Lastly, their customer service is friendly and understanding as well !!
