### 2/5 — Great service, poor app dev

*2023-05-10, version 2.1.8*

We absolutely love ZoomShift for scheduling our Logistics Team…but…jump on the app and try to do anything and you’ll want to dump the whole service just because of it. First off, it doesn’t stay signed in even when the checkbox is checked. No Face ID or keychain so it’s a task every time to login. Refreshing the data is a task…it takes multiple down swipes to get the data to refresh. It doesn’t just refresh when you open the app so sometimes claimed shifts are still showing open, this frustrates employees. Adding a shift from the app is terrible too. Scroll to or highlight the day you want to add it to and it still tries to add it to the current calendar day and not the date you have highlighted. The list could go on. This app needs a major overhaul.

### 2/5 — Works for Employer but glitchy for EE

*2023-01-27, version 2.1.8*

Often ‘TIMES-OUT just when you are trying to CLOCK-in forcing EE to uninstall and re-load app Schedules don’t appear to update in real time , unless you log out then log back on. Kind of a pain .

### 3/5 — Please update app

*2022-09-26, version 2.1.8*

All my employees are always complaining because it doesn’t allow them to clock in and out or they cannot clock out for lunch. Very very frustrating when it comes to payroll.

### 4/5 — Missing total hours worked

*2022-07-01, version 2.1.8*

ZoomShift no longer shows the total number of hours I’ve worked per day or per week. Please add that feature back!!

### 2/5 — frustrated 😤

*2019-08-11, version 2.1.4*

It won’t let see the available shifts and it keeps telling me upgrade my plan but it isn’t showing me how to do it. However, it is a good app and everything is well organized.

### 3/5 — Almost

*2018-10-30, version 1.5.2*

This is a good start to an app, but needs serious improvement:

A) I have to log in almost every time I use it. Please keep users logged in.

B) The discussions are just awful. New messages should populate UNDER previous messages, like every other messaging app. It should also start you from the last message you read, and then you scroll down through the new conversation (like Signal)

C) When I go to change an employee's shift, the shift template option is there, but it's empty. I want to see my shift templates.

Please improve this app. I love the website but the app is difficult.

### 3/5 — Lacking some basic functions.

*2018-03-30, version 1.4.9*

I will start by saying, in terms of an app doing what it is supposed to do, everything here checks out. I’m able to see my schedule in a fairly clear manner. There are, however, some basic functionality components missing from this app.

1. I would love to be able to log in using my Touch ID instead of having to enter a username and password every time I check my schedule.

2. I would like to be able to view my schedule in monthly calendar format.

3. The ability to swipe from one day’s schedule to the next.

### 1/5 — Logs me out

*2018-03-09, version 1.4.9*

The app logs me out every time I exit and it’s really inconvenient. There is no option of keeping you signed in so it’s just annoying

### 2/5 — Signing in

*2018-02-06, version 1.4.9*

No Touch ID? I have to manually sign in every time I open the app, even though I keep it running in the background.

### 3/5 — Good app for improvement

*2018-02-03, version 1.4.9*

It seems to be easy to use and user friendly but would be nice to have an auto login like iPhone thumbprint since the app constantly logs me out

### 4/5 — A Good Base

*2017-10-16, version 1.4.3*

My impression is that this app is a good base for further improvement. It's uncomplicated, and does its purpose without disruptive errors and crashes.

One place I see potential is in the layout: I have to look around for a few seconds to find things. The first time I needed the app for something, I wanted to pick up a shift but couldn't see what shifts were open for the day on the "Today" tab. Of course, I won't have trouble finding that again, but it was puzzling the first time. Recently, I've been contacted through something called "Conversations" but I cannot ever find it after I've closed it.

Apart from navigation, the app is everything I wanted from it -- it has a crisp look, it's easy to use, and it works. Good work so far!

### 1/5 — Hard to navigate

*2017-06-15, version 1.3.6*

I just started with this app, used for shifts at work. I have used other apps in the past. I find this one hard to navigate and it's annoying that I can't seem to see a month at a glance, only a week at a time. Takes too long to navigate compared to other apps previous employers have used. I'm sorry my boss chose this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — …”We’re Sorry but Something went wrong!”

*2024-02-15, version 2.1.9*

Feb 14th, 2024 Seriously ?? two weeks out and still can’t use mesg. or discussion platform for our team chat -Same response - uninstall/ reinstall? -ridiculous!
still not working —come on Tech sup— ! wha up?

### 1/5 — Not able to use

*2022-07-22, version 2.1.8*

App hasn’t loaded in 24+ hours

### 1/5 — Customer service has gone down hill

*2022-06-21, version 2.1.8*

We’ve been clients for about six years. I could see the passion and desire to provide a great product in the beginning, but recently, it’s gone. They have made very buggy updates, which greatly impacted my team and lead to extra hours working on the schedule. When reporting the issues (times and locations would randomly change), they said they didn’t intend to fix the issues and we should not adjust times at all for templates. I’m tired of tech companies, like this, making the customer perform time intensive work arounds, rather than fix their own application. We will be switching soon.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2019-05-28, version 2.1.0*

Horrible update doesn’t work worth a darn . Won’t let you clock in until it find your location.

### 1/5 — Schedule won't load

*2019-05-27, version 2.1.0*

After the update, the app stopped working. I can't see my schedule anymore which is really frustrating bc I need to know, you know, when to work.

### 1/5 — Update the app

*2019-05-07, version 1.5.2*

Please update

### 1/5 — Auto logging out

*2019-03-29, version 1.5.2*

Overall the app does serve its purpose to know your work schedule. The issues I have is the app auto logs you out every single time it is used... the notifications they send out to remind you of your shift come when your shift starts....

### 1/5 — Get a developer omg

*2019-01-18, version 1.5.2*

Constantly loading even though the interface is simple af. Always the spinning icon waiting, and this is on a multitude of phones. Don’t know why it is so hard to make a functioning app for this but it seems to be getting worse. Fix it!

### 1/5 — I got fired because of this glitch

*2018-12-30, version 1.5.2*

So basically I work at auntie Anne’s it is a pretzel shop and we all use ZoomShift and when I would look at my schedule it would not show my schedule and would act like I wouldn’t be working the next day and I would be getting late and all of a sudden work out of nowhere and my coworkers would be asking me where I was at when the app didn’t even show my schedule. So please fix and don’t get anymore people fired.

### 1/5 — Currently down

*2018-10-22, version 1.5.2*

Both the app and website are down due to “server communication issues”

Simple and easy to use

### 5/5 — Timesheet & Time Clock

*2019-06-18, version 2.1.2*

I love ZoomShift ! I’m an employee for a company that uses the app. I don’t like that you guys have disabled the timesheets and time clock from the employees. I don’t know of any job that doesn’t let you see the hours you’ve worked. Other than that great app just change it back so the employees can see

### 5/5 — Simple and useful!

*2018-01-14, version 1.4.7*

As an employee, this is the best time sheet system I have seen. Very simple and straight forward.

### 5/5 — i7+

*2017-11-17, version 1.4.5*

Works great. I was using a paper time card and Excel to rack time and attendance, but now I'm using Zoomshift. It has made running my business a lot simpler.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2017-08-09, version 1.3.9*

### 5/5 — Awesome communication bridge

*2017-05-13, version 1.3.6*

Not only do I not need to worry if my schedule is correctly written down but I also have an easy way to find a substitute at a moments notice.

### 5/5 — Very Helpful and Convenient

*2017-03-31, version 1.3.2*

After the recent update, this app has run perfectly. It is easy to access my schedule and the schedule of my coworkers. I especially like the feature that allows me to request time off.
