However, today i waited 10 minutes to find a ride, and when I finally did, the driver canceled after a few minutes. It freezes on a booking that doesn’t exist and refuses to let me access it. Have use the ride service itself and it’s not bad but the app is horrendous. ### 1/5 — This service is not worth it *2024-09-04, version 1.1.40* I used the service and had a very bad experience. I was initially quoted $11.50 for the ride and was charged $14.00. I could have used a cheaper service. I paid for the service in cash and the driver tells me he has no change. So he literally got a $6.00 tip. When I emailed to complain about the situation I received a phone call saying that I could have e transferred the money but they were sorry. Then I also received an email stating the driver would be e transferring my money back. I sent them the email to transfer the funds and I never received it. I will never use this service again as they don’t take complaints seriously and they think it is okay to tell people that they should just e transfer. A customer is paying for a service and should be able to pay anyway they choose. I took it up with the costumer support and only reversed the charge of $23.03 and not the unauthorized charge of $42.38 this app is a complete waste of time. Don’t waste your time and money ### 1/5 — Charged Twice And The Driver Did Not Even Pick Me *2020-03-02, version 1.1.1* The driver did not even pick me and I was charged twice. First off I booked a ride for 10.55 Pm. The driver showed up at 10.40. I told him I wasn’t going to be out until 10.50Pm . Instead of canceling the ride, he started the ride like I was there then he canceled. You guys have now charged me twice. Absolutely ridiculous.
