Like it used to send notifications of who likes you and a text was sent. I checked my settings and all is good. It’s horrible now. I get all my matches coming from out of state no where near my 10 mile radius there is no customer service but yet they want to take your money. It has glitches. But the biggest issue is I’ve only had my subscription for a week and they suddenly blocked it with no reason provided. There is nothing questionable on my profile and I’ve only messaged a few people. None of the messages contained anything combative argumentative or sexual. I do not recommend this app to anyone. What a waste of money. I emailed them about this on Friday. I have 3 members in my chat I cannot get rid of (blocked before the update) and an error message comes up saying it’s an error in the background. I agree the site needs updating but this isn’t it. You cannot see who viewed you & most profiles haven’t been updated due to the latest update. Even the distance is off. I continue to get matched with men outside of my age ranges, political views and so on. Not sure why the ask your preferences when they don’t use them. Also when I check men off they continue to pop up on my feed. And on top of it all now I can’t even open the app. AND I DONT HAVE A VPN AND YES IT IS THE LATEST VERSION. Now I can’t even stop my subscription because I can’t get in the app. ### 1/5 — Used to be great, now a scam *2026-08-11, version 10.11.0* I used this 5 years ago for a whole summer. Made a few local connections which continued offsite, met up with one in person. Now it’s been reduced to a scam. They would keep sending me fake views and fake likes of a profile that wouldn’t show in searches. When I paid and sent a message, it went nowhere. I had even paid the extra so the person on the other end could see it. The app is easy to use, and although a little costly, you get what you pay for. The cheap apps seem to be full of pests and scammers. At least when you’ve paid for a dating app you know that you’re going to get quality over quantity. I can’t fault their customer service either. I’ve yet to find that and I’ve been using the site for about two years. Most people I’ve corresponded with have been, as far as I can tell, sincerely searching and genuine. Those I’ve met have been precisely as portrayed. Clearly no dating site is a guarantee of finding your ideal person.. but it’s up to the viewer through questions and phone calls to see if an individual is worth the effort of meeting. Don’t just read words and make a decision. How do they present themselves? Were they creative with photos? Or did they, God forbid, just take a bathroom mirror photo? Do they look happy and interesting? What do you like to do and do they like it as well? Would you be proud to be seen with them. Did the photos express personality? Happiness? Self assured ? Photos and words are both important.
