It was a great ride. I’m assuming there were limited cars. So it was difficult navigating the app. I kept getting the “it’s very busy” notification. Keep in mind, it was still in trail. So the amount of pick up drop off areas were limited. I had 3 separate rides. My second ride. Said I had 6 min left for pick up. Then it changed to 60 min. That was stressful. But I chose to wait. Overall, I would ride again. You should move that button higher because I can’t register for an account. Unfortunately, it was only a waste of time. I waiter 45 mins for a ride. The vehicle was assigned when it was about 5 mins away. Shortly after, we were unmatched and the wait jumped to 47 mins with no explanation. Completely acceptable experience. Why would you make booking so difficult when you choose the wrong dropoff and then not have a visual to tell the user they are in a queue. This happened 4 times. I’ve been to Vegas THREE TIMES this year everytime I’ve went these cars are never available. It’s also too busy as soon as it opens and even at night. Which is no good in a city of tourists from all over the world. Once you get the app you can never get a sniff of a ride. I tried several times a day over 5 days and every time it was too busy.
