i mostly use this when i cant focus or feel mentally overloaded and it helps me slow down for a few minutes. The layout is really straightforward so i dont waste time figuring out what to do, i can just start something quickly… i also like that it doesnt take a huge chunk of time, it feels more like a small reset you can fit into your day. Great app

This App was nothing, but Amazing! It saved my life literally. When I would get in my head and be bouncing off the wall. Zophee would calm me down and bring me back to earth. I recommend it 11/10.

This app is absolutely amazing! I work with individuals on the spectrum, Zophee has helped me unwind and relax from a overstimulating day of clients, paperwork and meetings. I’ve tried other apps but Zophee makes it simple & easy to use by following your own journey  a few steps at a time 🤍🥹
