### 4/5 — Great app however laggy

*2022-08-23*

It’s a very useful app for studying however when I have the card use the read text function there is often a lag when you click show answer.

### 3/5 — Great app for SR, could have some improvements

*2022-07-23*

It’s a great app for spaced repetition, however it could be even better.
It would be useful if the deck name and the topic name were mentioned somewhere on the flash card when studying them as it can help contextualise the card.
It would also be great if it was possible to decide for oneself the duration of the repetition (deciding the schedule for the repetitions).
It would also be great if there was an option to see a calendar with the number of cards to study for that day, this would help people to organise their days if they knew how many cards needed to be studies in the next days.
And lastly, it would be very useful if the cards could be accessed offline (there could be a feature that allows for individual decks to be downloaded to be viewed offline, or a feature that allows you to download the deck of cards that are up for review that day).
All in all however, I have to say that after spending a considerable amount of time researching spaced repetition apps, Zorbi is the best one for this type of studying.

### 3/5 — Mostly great

*2022-04-04, version 1.03*

Really great app! love the idea and the ui. My only problem is that when you try to delete decks it doesn’t work. I downloaded a couple of community ones for fun and now i cant delete them. It says im they were successfully deleted but the deck is still showing in my feed. Other than that bug, it’s a 5 star app

### 5/5 — Absolute game changer

*2022-01-06, version 1.0*

Made my studying routine highly efficient as an active Notion user. All my notes are through Notion and the ability to transfer it as flash cards to Zorbi has saved me so much time.

### 5/5 — 🌿 Zorbi > Quizlet

*2022-01-05, version 1.0*

I absolutely love this app! During my midterms, I found myself trying to retain all the information and it was just not going anywhere. Then, I was on Instagram and heard of Zorbi. I tried it out and it was honestly the most life-changing thing that could ever happen to my academics. My productivity increased and grades did the same. The app has this software embedded within the system based on spaced repetition system. Spaced Repitition is a system where you study a set of material at differnent increments so you do not forget the information. You will get a notification saying that you should review said materials, which has allowed me to build better study habits. Zorbi is a game-changer, as they build upon the framework of Quizlet’s dated system. I can’t wait to see the updates they make to the app.

### 5/5 — Best in class flash card app

*2022-01-05, version 1.0*

Hands down the best flash card app to have been developed this year. It’s everything you need to remember everything you need.

### 5/5 — Best flash card app by far

*2021-12-30*

Love Zorbi so much! The spaced repetition was super helpful studying for my exams

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t pay for it

*2023-10-03*

I paid for Zorbi to get Audio Autoplay but it doesn’t work at all. Waste of money.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2023-09-19*

When I try to open the app, it closed by itself.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2023-08-06*

App crashed as soon as I clicked the mic..

### 1/5 — Not loading cards

*2022-08-27, version 1.04*

Keep trying to study my flash cards but the cards won’t load. Will select a study time another and it’s stays on the loading page.

**Developer response:** We released an app update. Please update to the latest version to fix the app. In the meantime you can use our web app (https://zorbi.app)

### 1/5 — An error occurred. Please refresh our or try again later

*2022-02-10*

I’m pretty sure this app is still in development. Once the mobile version is out, I would be making a full switch from quizlet. Thanks

### 2/5 — Keeps crashing

*2023-09-16*

I like the app but keep crashing when opened. I tired everything and won’t let me use it. Please fix

### 2/5 — Good Idea But...

*2022-03-30, version 1.03*

This is a really great app besides one feature that I simply can't overlook: I can't import decks from Anki. Every time I try, I receive an error message, regardless of which deck I've tried. If I could get this to work, I would most likely rate this app 4 or 5 stars, but until then I cannot see myself continuing to use this app.

### 3/5 — Good so far but some issues

*2024-10-19*

I wish it would give the option to correct spelling mistakes. I wish you would be able to write “#” when I wanted to type “# of neurons in body”. when I do this it triggers some function, I cannot just type the pound sign. I also do not like how after you type a period it automatically captializes the next letter. I wanted to type “No. of neurons in body” but it would automatically capitalize “Of” which looked like “No. Of neurons in body”. This was annoying.

### 3/5 — 1.2.1 crashes on open

*2023-09-17*

Both iPhone and iPad. Going to lose my streak!

### 3/5 — feature needs a update

*2023-01-13, version 1.05*

I like most of the app and features. It's great with Notion integration.

Th issue is if I want to reverse cards from a deck I have to do it individually, there no option to do it by the whole deck. Also cards with pics the reverse card don't seem to work even after switching to reverse card option. Please kindly update and fix. Thanks!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Helped my memory so much

*2024-10-06*

so helpful especially for my slow memory and so easy to use!
thank you so much for literally saving my grades.

### 5/5 — Really easy to use

*2024-07-19*

I’ve been using the desktop version of this app for about a month and it’s great!!! i love it so much! mobile version is still in development but it’s one of my favourite chrome extensions + studying tool. It feels clean and snappy to use.

Would love a way to have our decks backed up just in case something ever goes wrong since i’m fully reliant on this for my studies bwhaha thank you for making this! ❤️❤️

### 5/5 — better than Quizlet

*2024-05-07*

I love this app so much, it’s very convenient how it allows you to export your quizlet flash cards. I will continue using Zorbi for a long time!

### 5/5 — Great app for spaced repetition

*2023-02-10*

This app allows you to decide whether you are certain, unsure or don't know a card and based on this information, it decides when and which card to review. A app that I highly recommend for understanding and remembering key topics.

### 5/5 — Best flashcard app

*2023-02-06*

This is by far the best flashcard app I’ve used. So many features which make using flashcards super easy. e.g. chrome extension, notion integration

### 5/5 — Highest functionality

*2023-01-29*

Easy to use and great notion integration. All the good stuff active recall and spaces repetition layer out in an aesthetically pleasing way. Great way to complement a proper study program

### 5/5 — Amazing App!

*2022-01-13, version 1.0*

I tried using Zorbi for my 1st semester of college and honestly this was a game changer and made studying much easier

### 5/5 — Great app for revision

*2022-01-09*

Easy to use intuitive app that uses spaced repetition learning technique. Added benefit that it also syncs to my Notion revision notes. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Great flashcard app

*2022-01-09*

Very responsive and user-friendly. The spaced repetition feature is very useful

### 5/5 — Like Anki, but a far better UI

*2022-01-06, version 1.0*

Anki has been proved to be an amazing tool for learning with the spaced repetition technique, but it has always looked like it never advanced from Windows 95.

Zorbi utilizes the same idea, but with a much more polished user interface. While it is still in its early stages and lacks some features (folders for decks please!), the developers are improving things quickly and I am confident it will only continue to get better with time.
