## What is ZorgPunt?

In de ZorgPunt App bieden AMC en VUmc de juiste informatie op één plek. Zoals algemene informatie over het ziekenhuis en uw afdeling. Maar óók specifieke informatie over bijvoorbeeld behandelingen ,onderzoeken of uitleg over apparatuur. Daarnaast biedt de app een dagboek functie  waarmee u de ontwikkeling van uw kind kunt bijhouden en (optioneel) delen met naasten.
