## What is Zoro.?

Most to-do apps help you collect tasks. Zoro helps you cut them.

Zoro is a task manager for people who run more than one project at once: founders, freelancers, builders wearing too many hats. It keeps the few agile ideas that pay off for one person (priorities, effort sizes, work-in-progress limits, a weekly review) and drops the ceremony. No sprints, no story points, no velocity charts.

WORK ACROSS PROJECTS, NOT INSIDE THEM

Two spaces, personal and business, hold as many projects as you need. Every task carries a priority (P1–P3) and an effort size (S/M/L). One board holds product work next to invoices next to the launch plan, and the highest-leverage work rises to the top no matter which project it belongs to.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE

Your tasks live in your own iCloud, and Apple syncs them between your devices. Zoro has no servers that hold your data, no account to create, no analytics, no tracking. The App Privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" because there is nothing to collect. We couldn't read your tasks if we wanted to.

THE WEEKLY REVIEW

Every Friday, Zoro assembles the facts: what you cut, what you added, what's been open too long, what you keep deferring, whether the big things are stalling. You reflect (plus, minus, next) and close the week. Over months, History becomes the honest story of how you actually work, and Trends shows the shape underneath.

### 5/5 — A power task manager app without the hassle

I used to love Asana because it was flexible and easy to use. However, I wanted to take it to the next step and add priorities and size tasks. However, Asana didn’t allow for that without custom configuration or enabling overkill features meant for teams. Zoro gives me all of that and is meant for just me. I feel like I have the tools now to run my life like a well oiled machine. The best part is you don’t NEED to use those features, you can just use it as a task app if you want.

Your tasks, on your calendar. Connect Apple Calendar and Zoro keeps a
calendar of its own — an all-day event for every dated task, a timed one
for every reminder. Move or rename one there and the task follows. Zoro
never reads or touches your other calendars.

Reminders ring. A reminder made on one device now fires on your others
without opening the app, it breaks through Focus, and it sounds like
Zoro — the slash.

Widgets keep themselves current. Changes from your other devices reach
the widget in the background.

Quick filters. Priority, size and due chips narrow the list, board or
calendar you're already looking at. Free.

Stats you can read. Tap any chart for the number; expand any chart for
more weeks and every label.

A task added from inside a project now lands in that project.

Calendar. See your month at a glance: every day a box, your
tasks stacked inside, colored by age.

Reminders. For the things that take no time. Type
"call mom !9pm" and get a nudge at nine. Reminders stay out
of your stats, so errands never touch your numbers.

Subtasks now show up in your lists, tagged with the task they
belong to. Tap the tag to jump to the parent.

A weekly review nudge from Friday evening through Sunday. It
goes away once you close the week.
