Tech-support largely ignored me for four months. They answer now, but are just giving me weekly lip service. I keep pressing mainly because they owe all of us an answer. ### 2/5 — Won’t stay connected to the internet. *2026-02-22, version 2.0.0* The device is in the house and still won’t stay connected to the internet. Worthless , can’t use. Customer service is the worst ever!!! Promised to send replacement and never received , must be AI to deal with because it’s like messaging in circles. No phone # to call either. I send a message every few days and can’t get a clear response . Another wasted product ### 1/5 — Horrible customer support *2026-01-26, version 2.0.0* I have a bird feeder that uses the Zoroiix app. For the first month, it was great allowing me to download videos, it identified each bird species. The bird identifier stopped working. I have tried to get in touch with the developer to figure out how to fix it through email and on the app and they have not responded to multiple inquiries over two weeks. ### 1/5 — Re: no bird recognition *2026-01-25, version 2.0.0* When I got the camera, it would tell me what kind of birds were there and now it just went away with no explanation. Does not support AI at all! Only the first time then never again! Customer service is a joke! They only say make sure your motion detection button is on! Well they are all on! This was a gift but if I had thought about purchasing I would have read reviews and just went on to look at other bird houses. It has completely stopped identifying birds and won’t save my videos anymore. Contacted customer service which was like a time lapse going round and round. Was promised that my issue was forwarded to professional support and have not heard back since. I’ve sent several more messages still with no response. Worked great while it had the ability. I also paid for a 12 month subscription. As I do with all subscriptions, I stop auto-renewal. In this case, they cut-off my subscription immediately. Subscribed so we could store the videos and have the functionality of identifying the birds. After about 30 days that function quit and they’re so called “customer service” a.k.a. AI cannot explain why. Customer service is horrible. You cannot talk to a live person. would not advise using this company or this app. ### 1/5 — Broken Bird Identification *2026-02-01, version 2.0.0* The software is simple and works at a basic level. Unfortunate that it requires a subscription in order to store and view videos, but the subscription is not outrageously priced, so fine. But for those of us with bird cameras, which we bought on the promise of automatic bird identification, the fact that this feature has mysteriously disappeared with no acknowledgement from the company is upsetting. Unlike others here, I have never even seen the feature working… I presume it went missing from version 2.0.0 of the app, which is the only version I’ve ever had. To Zoroiix: please, please fix this missing feature! ### 1/5 — Upset consumer *2026-02-01, version 2.0.0* I paid for a yearly ai bird detection subscription a few weeks ago and the feeder is not identifying birds. I contacted customer service through the app and no one responded to my questions. I checked the Q + A for my Zoroiix ai smart bird feeder on Amazon and Rufus advised that I look in the app to verify my subscription status. However, there is no way to do this within your app. I am very unhappy. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Stop Ads!!!!!!!! *2026-07-09, version 2.0.2* Can’t watch my videos without seeing and watching ads. Very very disappointed. This must stop! I will tell everyone I know, including hundreds on Facebook etc. that ads are interrupting and ruining the video watching of birds. Received the bird feeder as a gift. Was super easy to install the birdhouse on a tree then switched to a pole to deter squirrels. Instantly attracted lots of birds. App is easy to use and addicting to watch. Love the feature that identifies the type of bird and the info it shows about the birds. I really love the clear photos. I identified some birds that I did not know before. Only thing is, when I first got it, it would identify which type of bird. There were these three little dots you could touch and the name and information of the bird would come up.
