Unhappy reload to new phone
I can’t rate this until my service is completed. Just got billed a year. No big deal, my fault to cancel trial on time; but I deleted it from phone and when I downloaded again, it wants to charge again after another 3 day trial? I am at least want the service since 3 days is hardy enough to test things unless I have a lot of time to play with the phone. I don’t. Just an average old joe un- algarhythm savey.
That was February and now I go to use it when I needed it the most and I am locked out with no way to sign in. The pro version vpn + wifi paid for and inaccessible. I’m still paid up to next February. Shop elsewhere.

Will not open after purchase.
Will not open after purchase. I contacted support and heard nothing from them so this negative review should get their attention. It would be nice to get a full refund for the purchase, but that will never happen. I have a better chance dating Taylor Swift and she doesn’t know I even exist.
