I’m in the second year and I’ve already had them rewired twice. The app is glitchy. You can’t view videos for only a short period of time before the app completely close . You can’t store videos beyond one minute this company product and app sucks, and try to get in contact with someone is difficult because they are not in this country and you have to deal with email responses during the time that you’re sleeping and they’re awake. ### 3/5 — Zosi Four cameras *2026-05-25, version 3.12.7* They are good for the money but a little unstable on mobile connection ### 4/5 — App Improvements *2026-05-24, version 3.12.7* If the app can be viewed live with all the webcams together in one page would be great. Also I have cloud space and I have asked the app to save the streaming videos, however it still only save the parts where someone is moving in the camera. The worst feature is remote view is default low resolution. It's not user friendly at all. I’m so disappointed I chose this particular security camera to save some money only to find out I had no choice but to stick with ZosiSmart! Smart?!? I’ve not found anything smart yet. If you need to find a particular time you have to sit and watch to pin point when something happened through hours of little marks on a timeline. It's not intelligent enough to eliminate tree movements or spider webs in the breeze even though set to detect a person or an animal. My own fault. I’m now going to go to a professional company and have a proper system installed with a decent visual feed I can scroll through easily. I’ve wasted sooooo much time on this app and I'll never get it back. ### 1/5 — Camera good app rubbish *2026-08-21, version 3.13.3* I managed to set up the Zosi camera. It seems pretty fast, and the picture quality is good. However, the app completely makes it useless because although you can view the live feed, if you set it to record continuously and then go back to view something that has been recorded, it doesn’t actually play it. It just shows a load of thumbnails with no pictures, so you can’t view the recordings. ### 1/5 — Slow and featureless *2026-08-12, version 3.13.3* Very little control over camera functions and slow to load if at all.
