The app will log you out and won’t accept your credentials to login and you have to end up creating new accounts every time. This time around it doesn’t even allow for that. Sent an email to them and they responded within about 6 hours. They have a new app called KDVIEW which works great. It took me nearly two years now to get to see live previews from my phone app. I had same issues like everyone else like wifi setup issue, internet connection failed issue, cannot login from the phone app, camera offline, invalid username and password., etc etc. I can actually connect the cctv cams with my tv monitor without any wifi internet. I can watch but I cannot hear anything or get alarm messages cos of I don’t know. And also I couldn’t even login to zosi view app from my phone. I searched so many times from YouTube and google about zosi setups. But it didn’t make any sense with my problem. So I gave up. But that’s fine for me so., I just decided to watch live cctv from the tv monitor from my bedroom for the last whole year. Now I recently bought another 4 cctv cams to upgrade and I tried to connect & login with zosi view app. And I failed again., and again and again for a couple of days. Then I tried to register the app with my email address and guess what., I got it.! I can see live preview from my phone now eventually.! Yay..!! 🥳 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉 ### 5/5 — Works as described. *2019-09-01* Had a bit of an issue when I first downloaded the app, but I figured it out. I did reach out to Zosi at first and they replied immediately, but again, google found the easy fix for me. It’s funny, people complain about the app, but it’s normally the WiFi connection in conjunction to the “not so expensive” cameras that are the issues.
