Purchased the item as a gift now there is no value of it. No support for order cancellation. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-10-06* They didn’t respond to my mail and product also not delivered very bad service . Also deducted my money around 3000/- ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointing *2025-08-20* first experience with Zouk. Order returned due to courier failure, no proactive update at all. Had to chase them myself. If this is how they handle issues, think twice before ordering! ### 1/5 — Worst brand *2025-08-18* This is the worstest Indian brand which i have ever seen. Firstly, if we are not satisfied with the product, we can return them, but we cannot get refund. Instead, they will give you points. This makes us to buy on the same brand. Secondly, whenever you check the our desired product it will always be out of stock. Thirdly, they will send the messages for the bag availability, but when we check, it will be like “No products found”. Seriously, very very very disappointed. They havent delivered and cuatomer service is worst. Quality is not much as good. They just added print on normal cheep bags. Product may be good but Serivce ZERO.
