If you try to do a password reset from the app, the link also does not change the password, it just takes you to the order page. Leaving “app feedback” takes you to a generic feedback page, where you have to select a restaurant location… I said app feedback, not restaurant feedback! I love the restaurant but the entire digital experience is terrible. Even account deletion isn’t directly possible, it just loads some default information into a message to send to their email. Account creation, password change and account deletion are the 3 critical security items you must address before you start selling stuff online.
