My favorites are Jamaican Bay Gumbo and Seafood soups. The owner and staff are always very friendly and most accommodating whenever I visit. I highly recommend Zoup’s to any one who loves soup and who want soup that is healthy and chocked full of tasty ingredients! ### 5/5 — Half birthday reward *2023-11-10, version 4.0* Sad the kids at the store would not accept my email stating I had a free half birthday soup to redeem. ( not expired) we could not get app to give them a bar code. I still ordered soup I asked for help and they were to busy to help and said I would have to figure it out myself. 70 years old and hate the new tech but figured it out myself and still enjoyed my soup but sad everyone is so busy today they no longer trust people and I even showed them I was a previous customer by my old texts. I got the Cali chicken with grilled cheese dippers and tomato soup. Being a soup lover this brought me home. I honestly don’t use the app much and will probably delete it. But there isn’t a way to get just max and cheese. Otherwise, nicely laid out and easy to place an order. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cant update *2026-07-01, version 5.0* Open app. Says it needs an up day to work… click update on app, brings you to the App Store… no option to update, only to open app and repeat the cycle ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-11, version 4.4* Every time I visit I try to earn points but the app requires that I update the app and then it takes 6 minutes to install. But then you’re in line already so you end up just skipping it. Scam. ### 1/5 — Cannot change password *2024-10-01, version 4.1* There is no way in the app to change your password. If you try to do a password reset from the app, the link also does not change the password, it just takes you to the order page. Leaving “app feedback” takes you to a generic feedback page, where you have to select a restaurant location… I said app feedback, not restaurant feedback! I love the restaurant but the entire digital experience is terrible. Even account deletion isn’t directly possible, it just loads some default information into a message to send to their email. Account creation, password change and account deletion are the 3 critical security items you must address before you start selling stuff online. Upon signing up I got a confirmation email to my address. I attempted to sign in to the app and it repeatedly says the combination does not match. Try again. Well you now lost money as I was going to stop by for some soup. Poorly done on your part. You can’t set a later pickup time, it literally won’t let you. The app is just not user friendly.
