Once you hit add to cart, it does nothing. It will not add them. You can add bracelets, but not watch bands. You went from not enough notifications (for drops) to way too many (for every little thing). I want to be notified of new drops only. Please add a setting for that. I don’t need to know that you are “almost out of stock” of some random thing that only has XXL left. 🙄 Also on a random side note, make cooler designs. Maybe consider bringing back some older designs. Not all your customers are 20 year old girls. 😒 Why can’t I view my rewards in the app? This app is useless. I just use the website now. That’s also hard to navigate but at least I can view and use my rewards. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2024-05-09* Guys, I ordered an bracelet, wait for 15 days and haven’t got, their website show a tracking number for USPS, but when I try to open it on USPS website they show there is no package with that tracking number and if I try to open it on ZOX website it shows my package is still in the mid way. If I click on that thing it takes me to other websites which shows my package is delivered. The other bad thing is there is no way to contact support, I tried to click 100 times to click on contact us option nothing works, even I rised a query no reply. Don’t waste your money guys. I am happy with the products that I got. Later I got an email with a Spring clearance offer so I decided to place another order to take advantage of the discount plus the free gift when spent over $50. The gift option did not show in the app. I accidentally clicked the order submit button. I emailed the customer service if there was a way to add the free gift. Then I wrote another email asking to cancel the order when I came to my senses that I did not need so many bracelets. No one got back to me for a couple of days. By the time they got back to me they said the order is shipped and there is nothing they can do. Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, and resend the package spending my own money to get a refund. I am annoyed by this whole situation. ### 1/5 — Rushed To Launch & Failed *2020-02-28, version 1* So much functionality is missing. Can’t see strap quantity, if an item is sold out, and no stored info making checkout a nightmare & cumbersome...I could go on & on. The app was rushed, has glitches such as discounts not showing up properly & charging for shipping when it should be free.
