But when I scan that it tells me it’s not a recognized code! I found that you can turn off the recorder and still see live and alerts from the pc or your phone. Why buy a recorder unless you are going to pay for cloud service. Got short clips for any event and I was really ok with the service. But now the app is virtually unusable. Don’t waste your money on the cameras and NVR. When you try and “x” out ,half the time it doesn’t let you close it or the whole app crashes! Not to mention their ads at the bottom for Temu that look like porno pictures!What a joke, especially if you need to view cameras right away! Which means that even though the cameras are in my house, my ex boyfriend has access to them because the cameras were originally on his account. And I can’t remove them from his account and transfer them to my own account even though I HAVE THE CAMERAS. Making them completely useless. It was very quick and easy to connect my camera to my wifi and to my phone. Even easier to connect another phone to the camera. The video stream does freeze intermittently but just go back a page then go back to it and it'll be fine. Lovely option of low def, standard definition or high def streaming. Easy to record and capture images.
