## What is zTenant?

To use the zTenant application, incoming tenants must receive an invite email from their property management company.  In this email will be the login password which the property management company does not have access to.  The zTenant application allows a tenant to fully document the condition of the home at the time of move in which protects both the tenant and landlord. A PDF copy of the inspection report will be sent to your email once uploading has been completed.

This new version of the application includes a completely renewed interface, camera experience, and usability.

Made it super easy to fill out the inspection for our new apartment! We felt we were able to thoroughly detail anything we had issues with or questions about and being able to attach pictures provides an extra level of security - knowing everything is well documented and we won’t be held accountable for any damage that existed before we moved in.
