Otherwise a good app. ### 3/5 — Not great, not terrible app *2023-06-07* An update on the poor reviews of this app. It has obviously been fixed since the poor reviews were posted. It works ok. The photos came out, it wasn’t a hassle going back to an item if you realize you forgot to note a problem, and the instructions worked. It doesn’t get 5 stars because it could have easier. Note also that this app does not work if you only have 1-2 bars of service. I forwarded the email I received to another tenant and they filled it out. (Two eyes are better than one anyway because this is your only chance to not get blamed for existing damage.) ### 3/5 — Good app *2021-04-26* This app provided a convenient way to photograph areas of our house and submit it to the property manager for an inspection. There were a couple of areas for improvement—namely, it wasn’t always clear which bedroom or bathroom the app associated with which number, so I had to rename a lot of pictures after taking them. The camera button also disappeared when turning the phone sideways, so all the pictures we submitted had to be vertical—not really ideal when trying to provide a big overall picture of a room.
