Minha documentação nao foi aceita pelo app e automaticamente minha conta foi suspensa, tenho dois RG o novo e antigo, enviei os dois e mesmo assim consta usuário inválido, tento entrar em contato com algum atendente mas ja tem dias que o whatsapp nao responde… e ficou por isso mesmo, sem explicação e sem suporte

Além de trabalharmos quase de graça pelo valor oferecido, ainda demoram dias ou até semanas para nos pagam, e se pagam. Para piorar, o Suporte e o Portal de solicitações deles é porco. Não nos respondem, e quando respondem, eles nos encaminham para o Portal, onde você nunca consegue um retorno. 
Estou avaliando com uma estrela apenas para postar a avaliação pois se eu pudesse, não colocaria estrela nenhuma.

Bloquearam minha conta , não violei nenhuma diretrizes. Estava na parte de procura de lojas pela localização. E desde então não consigo mais acessar. Não consigo falar com suporte da Zubale. Fixo, WhatsApp e telefone. Ninguém responde.

Pior aplicativo que já baixei, fujam da zubale! Suporte pessimo e arrogante, trabalhei 3 dias no supermercado somando mais de 20 horas e estou sem receber 40 tarefas, já abri reclamação em todo lugar e simplesmente não resolvem, não indico nem para o pior inimigo! Só não dou zero estrela porque não é possível. FUJAM!
