### 1/5 — 4G devices don’t work

Terrible customer service. I had 4 of the 3G devices that just stopped working all of a sudden with no warning. Turns out hey shut down the 3G service without notifying me or probably anyone.
Spoke to customer service and they said what is your address we will send you the new 4G ones. How about sending them out to everyone beforehand that would have been an idea.
They sent out all new devices. Thought I was good, plugged them all in. Now they show the location of the vehicles but no trip data. Customer service again and they said oh they need an update. Leave them plugged in. That didn’t do anything now they are gonna send more devices out. I find it hard to believe that I have 4 defective devices. So now going on over 3 weeks with no trip data for any of my vehicles.

The new Zubie app has been great and is a huge improvement from the old app.

I was waiting for an update to this app since they changed their website. Now they work the same - so much better.
