This message will serve as proof that I had not signed or approved any of the documents on the app as well as to agree to have a loan. ### 2/5 — Access to Application *2023-09-15, version 1.0.20* Application was designed very poor. System doesn't seem to work properly. To top it off, there's a high probability your submission will be rejected in the end. Save yourself the aggravation and look for an alternative app that offers a more efficient user experience. ### 1/5 — Poor Application *2023-05-10, version 1.0.13* Whenever the app is asking me to upload the photo of my ID, the app KEEPS ON CRASHING so I have to reopen the app AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN. If you do not fix this issue then you are just driving potential customers away. ### 1/5 — BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES *2023-04-27, version 1.0.13* Since June 2022, I've been reporting payment discrepancies posting on the app. They're not giving full transparency of your transactions. I never missed a month of payment and have been reporting that my payments are not deducted to my outstanding balance. You don't have access to your monthly billing statement. I have to pay additional 100pesos to request my history of payment that they provided after 2months of ranting and arguing with their representatives and just yesterday I found out that they are charging me with penalty fees for almost for 7months that I have to pay almost 30K plus. The worst is I don't see anything about late fees or penalties on the app. The Outstanding balance from the history of payment File that they sent to my email didn't match on the Outstanding balance on the App! If you encounter the same issue please report this right away to SEC and BSP. ### 1/5 — CRAP! *2023-03-27, version 1.0.13* Every time I click the capture front photo of the ID, it automatically exits the app and you will start loging in again and again and again and again same same and so on. It will not proceed and doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — I hate this ZUKI app *2023-02-06, version 1.0.13* You used to have good customer service when it was just over the phone or branch to apply for anything. Now that you have migrated to the ZUKI app everything is a major hassle! Totally unreliable app. Either you cannot login because it is not accepting the PIN even if you reset it multiple times. Even submission as it is not detecting my Mother’s Maiden Name correctly keeps saying it is blank and there’s no way to update it but by calling the hotline. Then there are no more people taking all the calls wait time is 30mins average…absolutely poor customer service from Security Bank just because they moved to ZUKI!!! ### 1/5 — App has many issues *2023-01-23, version 1.0.13* When I downloaded the app, it does not let me log in.
