These sites are a joke. Do not waste your time or money cause when u win you’ll either have to wait a month for your money a you prob want get it at all. If you want to win an actually cash out go to fortune. Cash avalanche or jackpot nights. You’ll get your money less then 3 mins

I play many slots. I get verified all the time. I have spent hours trying to get verified to make one small redemption. I have uploaded my bank account multiple times. I have taken my picture. I have sent my drivers license. I have uploaded verification of my address. I wait days and days and days for the verification to be complete. Then, I go and check only to find I’m supposed to submit my documents a third time. I’m done with this casino. It’s not worth the hassle. There are many other online casinos to play. They pay well and don’t require all the extra BS.

If I could give them zero stars I would! No way to contact someone other than email and then they don’t respond. Can’t redeem my balance of over $1,000 but they’re so quick to take my deposit!! SCAM. So many other better apps that actually pay you instantly.

Completed account set up, won’t let
Me sign in. Says password is incorrect. I even reset the password using my email and it still says it’s incorrect. This app is so bad it’s had an error that won’t even let you create an account. Never come across such a badly designed social casino app, and I’m a regular user of many.

Zula casino and its affiliated applications such as sportzino and fortune wins all do the same thing where they ask for an invasive amount of private information such as bank statements from several accounts and your vehicle registration in order to “verify” and “redeem” both of which will never happen. They then take that information and sell it which leads to loads of spam calls and emails. I “won” 50 and while waiting for my verification they “comped” me 100$ hoping that I would go and bet my winnings, when they realized I was going to continue waiting they asked for additional private information on top of everything they already asked for. Now the customer support team that’s definitely fake is running me in circles about closing my account. Don’t trust these losers there is a bunch of other great casinos that actually pay out.
