Booking appointment also very easy. A conformation query voice call seems good but I wonder if the call could not be attended what will be the status of appointment. As for an improvement the appointment details should be available in the app in addition to sms. Moreover visits history with basic information such as date of visit, doctor’s name, treated for, Doctor advice, etc.,.
