When you returned my bill was well over that . I don’t remember the exact amount but I was shocked . Is there anyway to look up my files and find out what happened. My credit card number was 6044 1310 0141 4745 Effie Barnett. ### 2/5 — App has no product information *2026-05-25, version 2041.7* The app does not tell you anything about the product you are looking at. When I look at the website version, there are multiple color options with a picture of the item in that color, then sections for Product Features, Frequently Bought Together, You Might Also Like, etc. On the app, it is just the item, and you choose the size. The other color options are there, but you have to click them to see, and I’ve noticed they are often labeled wrong (e.g. lilac Birkenstocks labeled as the color Mars, which is supposed to be red.) Then that’s it. No explanation of the product, none of those other sections. It’s very odd. It is like this for all products, I looked at several different shops, I’m not just basing this on one thing. Why put out an app then put no effort into making it useful? I will stick to the web version. ### 2/5 — Still not it *2026-02-10, version 2041.4* Sorry Zulily I can see you’re trying but it’s just not cutting it. The categories are there but even what’s advertised on the main page is misleading. How come when I click “maternity” on the home page it’s just a few peanuts shirts and some bracelets? Then I go to kids and the only options are $40 rompers. It’s fine to have some niche pricey items, that was half the draw of the old app. But the main benefit was being able to find some unique things on sale, not just the pricey stuff ### 2/5 — Zulily *2025-11-30, version 2037.9* I downloaded this app and I can’t open it up. I had it before and it worked fine until they sold it. I love this store, I bought a lot of my clothes here and they held up very well before they sold it, but now I want to use it again and I can’t for some reason. Please help me by showing me how I can get this app to work. My excitement was short-lived. The new app is AWFUL. The way shows items in each featured sale as a filter view of all items is horribly limiting and rarely works correctly. It prevents effective filtering by features like size. There’s a lack of supporting documentation like size charts. And the “deals” aren’t even good! I ended up paying $100 to a scammer . ### 1/5 — SCAM!!!! *2026-06-16, version 2041.7* I ordered $250 worth of stuff on May 2, 2026. It has yet to ship and I have sent e-mails and chat messages to customer service with ZERO response! They don’t even have a number to call. ### 1/5 — Not even close to the old Zulily *2026-06-06, version 2041.7* The prices are the same prices as other websites. Absolutely no discounts here anymore! ### 1/5 — No product details, no returns *2026-05-24, version 2041.7* The app leaves a lot to be desired, including product descriptions, size guides, and accurate product titles. I ordered a “4 in one blowout brush” which was very misleading, it was just a blow dryer brush. At best it’s a 2 in one if you count brushing and drying as two separate features. Nowhere did it say “blow dryer” or I wouldn’t have been interested. I tried to return it through the app, but it just says “returns portal is currently disabled” and there isn’t a returns option on the website at all. Don’t waste your time on the app, just go to the website if you want to shop Zulily but beware, it looks like all sales are final. ### 1/5 — Not a shopping website *2026-03-31, version 2041.6* This is not a shopping website, but a waiting website where you may wait for weeks or months for an order to arrive. Customer service is not helpful and there appears to be no way to determine how long they intend on making customers wait for their orders. ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2026-03-09, version 2041.5* This used to be a legitimate business. However, it went under years ago. When I saw it popped back up I thought that it was up and running again. However, I believe it’s been hacked and is nothing but a fraudulent site. I put in an order and never received the order. USPS says there was a shipping label created, but nothing was ever sent. They have no phone number to reach them, only a chat bot that repeats itself online, and no one ever reaches back out via the email provided. Upon further investigation all their photos on their social media are AI, and the comments underneath them talk about people having the same experience. They put their order in, their money is taken, and they never receive any items. This should be taken off of the App Store. ### 1/5 — Zulily isn’t ‘back’ *2026-03-01, version 2041.5* Dang- I was so excited to see my old favorite clothing app back! I gleefully hit download fondly remembering all the cute stylish clothes at great prices of years past! What I saw however? Frumpy and not the great prices either. Well phooey. I’ll keep the app for a bit I guess to see if it improves ### 1/5 — Not the same as the old app. *2025-11-14, version 2041.1* Not the same as the old app. Its the same thing everyday and not too much to it. I deleted it. ### 1/5 — Don’t stand behind their products. *2025-03-08, version 2037.9* I purchased 2 tops that were the same except different colors. One fit as it should, but had a defect in it. No problem to return that one. The second one was the same size; however, it did not fit. It is mis-sized. Even though it was sized incorrectly, I was told I’d have to pay to return it. It’s not my fault it wasn’t sized correctly. I am now deleting this app and will not shop Zulily again. Never had this problem with the old Zulily. ### 1/5 — A joke *2025-02-12, version 2037.6* I ordered a pair of boots, what arrived was NOTHING like I ordered. They were a gift for my daughter, all she wanted for Christmas. They have none left, and it took a month to get the wrong ones!! They won't refund my money until I return the wrong ones they sent!!! They want me to spend effort returning their mistake and won't refund me until I do!! And then after being told I would get one amount as a store credit, I got a way lower one. One would think since they ruined my daughters Christmas they would be nicer about their mistake instead of trying to make me feel like it was me. And give me what I paid for the item. Charged me a restocking fee for their mistake. Plus in the last 2 months I have spent a small fortune on the site and they are like 'Oh well'. Horrible people! Have had several items come in defective or ruined as well!! Done with this company!! Decided to give a second chance with the new app. The ridiculous prices stopped me.
