Stop values don't appear correctly in all windows. Push notification for SP account when SL or TP is hit ### 2/5 — New user experience is not good *2013-07-03, version 4.0.3* I've tried the new version of zulutrade twice now, and both times I'm glad I can roll back to the old version! While the UI of the new version looks nice and flashy, the User Experience is very bad if you're used to the features the old version provides. I'm used to features on the old app that are just not available on the new app. There are things in the new app that I wonder 'what were these developers thinking!' As a developer myself, the golden rule is always, provide what the USER wants from this app, not what the developers THINK is nice for an app. I should actually give it 1 star, but I'm nice, I'll give it 2. ### 1/5 — it got worse *2013-05-14, version 4.0.0* The last version is worse than before. I can't change login settings for the 1 tap login and it's more difficult to read. It seems they only focussed on cosmetic improvements but the substance isn't there ### 3/5 — Make it friendly to "mobile" *2013-04-11, version 2.2.7* It is a great design I love it. But, it only seems to let me login and check status only if I'm on a wireless hotspot. If I'm connecting via phone network, it doesn't display any numbers. If I log in on a wireless network and the move off to the phones network without logging out, it seems to work fine. Please make it more mobile friendly. Unable to disconnect or delete after glitches causing trades to continuously process even after stopping copying trading and then processing multiple random trades causing me to lose 60% of my account. Disgusting and then emails don’t work and no customer service. Vile app. ### 1/5 — Selling personal details to scamers/spammers *2021-11-03, version 4.23.9* I have tried Zulu application, registered and had to provide them with my personal details. Soon I found out that other platform fits my needs much better and I started to receive spam emails and scam calls from weird companies regarding "my trading experience" and they had all my personal details from Zulutrade. I have asked Zulu customer service to cancel & delete my account. Zulutrade CC confirmed, but soon I have found that they did not teľ the truth because I have been still receiving Zulu marketing emails. I had to contact their customer services and then technical support viw chat - and they were claiming that everything was deleted. It is more than 2 years and since then I have blocked 56 phone numbers and I still receiving scam calls from new ones, regarding my past "trading experience with Zulutrade" ### 1/5 — This app sells your data *2021-09-21, version 4.23.7* You would receive scam calls everyday after registering. It has a quick interface to show current positions, manually enter trades, and change current traders.
