When it works …… *2023-12-16* Great game! Super fun. But started having problems a couple months ago. The app wasn’t even available to download anymore (said not available in my country-U.S) They responded by email and said that they were working out some bugs that should be fixed shortly. A few weeks later, the game was up and working again, and I had not lost any money in my account. However, here we are again and it has not worked for the last two weeks. It loads and then immediately crashes. I see that when people do complain here they say “ contact customer support through the app”. Hopefully I won’t get the same response as as soon as I click on the customer service button within the app, it crashes immediately. We will see. The only thing I would change is, there needs to be more opportunities to win cash by playing games with diamonds. Except for the game at the beginning that cost 300 diamonds, now there is only one game for diamonds. It costs 10 diamonds, and you can only win diamonds from that game. So far I’ve made about $20 but only allowing me $5 to withdraw so you can see why I’m waiting. Customer service says it’s my internet/ Wi-Fi connection or my phone which can’t be because I play other cash game without issue and some by the same company.
