When verification code has been sent to your phone and try to sign in, it tells you is the wrong phone number…. Makes no sense! What they mean by “timer” is how fast or slow the gate opens or closes. I need multiple remotes for the people in my household and the vehicles that we have this app literally works once then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. I even had this plugged into an outlet I get turn it off and on if it’s not working. That use to work but since they have updated the app that no longer works. Random crashes with Chinese characters. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Very important *2025-09-01* It works at times and then it stops working very unreliable. That was my first experience of it after troubleshooting and messing with it and many tests, I figured out the magnets that are meant to stop the unit at opening and closing points must be communicating with the motor and aligned properly or the magnet sensor on the motor detect it and stop the motor. You may not hear the motor still tryn to run if your not up close to it. If the motor is still trying to continue to work, it will affect the app thinking that the motor is still running. ### 4/5 — Opener works well; app not useful *2025-12-10, version 2.0.1* The opener works well, very well so far. To be useful, the app needs improvements. When are you releasing the next version?
