Good app but shares your search history with landlords

I find the app easy to use but was really creeped when I saw that Zumper shared my search history with a potential landlord — the filters I was using, and the maximum rent I was looking at. That last one made me angry because it gives away negotiation leverage if they know my upper range… It was at the bottom of the email I got in reply from the landlord. Gross

40 emails in one day??

I had to remove 40 emails daily with listings to no end, yet I still received them anyways!

Scams

Absolutely unusable. This app is full of scams. I don’t know how they vet landlords and property managers. But when I saw an apartment listed in the building, I live in, stating all sorts of lies. Number of rooms. Having a garage that does not exist…. This app is a waste of time. I don’t know who’s giving it five stars.
