Nous n’avons pas pu charger notre notre voiture e avec la meilleure volonté du monde. Pire, l’appli s’est connectée à une borne qui était déjà en train de charger et nous a facturé du temps de chargement. Nous avons même pu arrêter le chargement de la voiture voisine qui chargeait sans souci jusqu’à ce que l’appli s’y connecte. Ahurissant.

C’est carrément du vol ! J’ai tout essayé pour m’inscrire et je suis obligé de payer avec une carte bancaire et on me dérobe 50 € au passage !
Pas de mail de retour malgré l’inscription.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ne soyez pas parvenu à créer votre compte sur notre application.
 
S’agissant du paiement par carte bancaire, une pré-autorisation de 50€ est bien effectuée en début de recharge, mais celle-ci vous est restituée à la fin de la recharge (le délai peut varier selon votre banque) et seul le montant de la recharge effectuée est effectivement débitée.

Me encantan los puntos de recarga. Las recargas plug&charge siempre me funcionan bien. 
Lo único que no he conseguido activar es el enviar el punto de recarga al Tesla 🤦‍♂️. Pulso sobre el icono pero no se abre nada.

I chose to rent an electric car for the first time during my first trip to Europe. Disappointed that Zunder doesn’t have locations in Portugal so tried using Miio and Galp and Atlante chargers. Each requires its own app. Miio needed my bank routing information. Galp would not set up an account unless you have a PT or SP phone. I couldn’t even find the Atlante app! Chargers wouldn’t take my Visa. Finally I tried my Zunder card at a Mobile.e charger and it took! Thankful that I ordered the Zunder card before my trip.

No he podido cargar en las estaciones. Debe haber algun problema con el conector que obliga a que lo mantengas en una posición y si lo sueltas se corta.

How to open it:
