我們的信念是小班教學，以及身心合一。
每個學生都會得到老師的關注，每個姿勢都是通往心靈的路。
這裡的空間溫暖，接受不一樣的人和不一樣的想法。
這裡沒有宗教、戒律的限制，只有想探索的心。
歡迎來和我們共享一堂瑜珈課，以及課後的一杯熱茶。

我們十分注重安全，絕不會壓你的背或強迫你做任何你還無法做到的姿勢，
因為瑜珈的重點並不在姿勢完美，而是藉由姿勢和呼吸進入內在，
幫助我們釋放身心累積的壓力，啟動自我療癒系統，達成身心平衡。
除了肌肉筋骨的鍛鍊舒展之外，做瑜珈還可按摩內臟、平衡內分泌系統，
如果你有睡眠問題，或因姿勢不良產生慢性酸痛，在瑜珈的練習中你的困擾將獲得顯著改善。

我們也提供私人課程或到府課程，以及孕婦瑜珈、產後瑜珈、寶寶瑜珈等，
另外針對每個人不同的需求，我們也有三合一按摩、泰式按摩、頭薦骨共振療程、靈氣治療、療癒瑜珈、henna聆療…等各種身體和能量療程。
