When I go to settings in the app and choose Help center, it goes to a dead webpage. Some issues are easily fixable especially in the frontend. Every app update brings additional bugs and regression. UI is not updating, you need to refresh dozens of times…. Crashes in the middle of certain tasks and you generally have to search for some two and three times as it likes to disappear while in the middle of typing. That matters more than people realize because when the field experience is clunky or inconsistent, it becomes unpredictable how the team will actually use the software. And when usage is unpredictable, it becomes much harder to build real structure and standard operating procedures around sales, production, fulfillment, and everything in between. I’ve spent a lot of time working inside other platforms across the trades, so I don’t say that lightly. Take the feedback for what Zuper stands out to me because the mobile app experience is a major step up from most trade-specific software. That matters because when the field experience is inconsistent, team adoption becomes inconsistent too. And when adoption is inconsistent, it is much harder to build structure and standard operating procedures around sales, production, fulfillment, and the rest of the customer journey. I’ve spent a lot of time working inside software across the trades, so I don’t say that lightly. If creating a predictable operating rhythm is the goal, Zuper feels like the gold standard in roofing. ### 5/5 — Zuper is Amazing *2026-04-09* We have a roofing company and we signed up with ZUPER!
