## What is Zurely?

Zurely helps Malaysian property agents manage tenancy agreements from preparation to stamping.

Create an agreement, invite the landlord and tenant through a secure link, and track progress in one place. Landlords and tenants verify their identity, review the agreement and sign.

With Zurely, you can:

• Create tenancy agreements with property, rental and party details
• Invite landlords and tenants to verify their identity and sign through a secure link
• Let each party complete signing independently, at their own time
• Track agreement, signing and stamping progress from your dashboard
• Receive an update when stamp duty is ready for payment
• Access the completed stamped agreement after the process is finished

You can also submit an already signed tenancy agreement for stamping.

Zurely is built for the practical tenancy workflow of Malaysian property agents—helping you reduce manual follow-up and keep the process moving from agreement preparation to completed documents.
