The app is not properly maintained, Full of lag, not able to download my policy, UI is just pathetic. Zurich Kotak app is just like their service. I am done and i am not going to buy any further policy from them.

I recently purchased Bike insurance policy, expecting it to deliver the policy with details as per the given documnet. Unfortunately, the details provided in policy are  incorrect, and the actual details did not match what was there in supporting docs which i gave. These incorrect details led to a frustrating experience, especially after paying a premium price.  

I reached out to support team but they came back with the option to cancel the policy and asking for tons of documents .Transparency is crucial for trust, and failing to provide accurate service is unacceptable.  


Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and corrects such issues for future customers.

Please don’t make a mistake by taking Zurich Kotak insurance just they don’t help costumers with there concern they just sitting fooling  peoples and worst executive Gautam yadav he is the manger in bihar zone not a single understanding whats the costumers issue another one sonu yadav and there are many more please guys don’t get in the trap buying this insurance worst insurance ever you will regret guys later .

Delays in getting OTPs. Policies disappear randomly. Features are not usable frequently. Customer support takes weeks to respond even to basic queries. Epitome of mediocrity.

I have been using the app for the last few months for the Motor Policy on/off feature.   Today after I switched off the policy, this app just deleted/removed my policy and would not recognize my credentials and would not let me add my policy back to the app.  What's going on??

I have a car insurance policy with meter on/ off feature. With the new app i am not able to do it. The app saying, I am not having meter add on in my policy. I am not able to download my policy document from this app. Worst app and doesn’t works.

Entire experience of download and usability was awesome. Could see all policies, downloads, experienced all I needed to know and use when required. 
Used cibil score option to engage. 
Suggest to keep working on making it more and more engaging.
