Never got a thing out of this card except a little interest I could have earned elsewhere. All the implied 8% rewards were only 8x points which means 0.8% at the rate of exchange. Wish they closed business sooner so I could have been done with them before having spent so much time accumulating points I can't use...unless I have several hundred dollars worth of points. ### 1/5 — Worst company I’ve ever dealt with *2023-10-02* I added money to my Zurp card. It’s now been 7 days and still shows pending. But it cleared my bank account. And good luck calling these scammers. As soon as 10 am hits. You call them and it has a recorded message saying that our customer service is busy right now. No other options to choose from and they disconnect the call. I’ve emailed them numerous times. And I’m still waiting for my money. As soon as it clears if it ever does I’m closing my account and sending the BBB a report. It doesn’t take this long for money to clear especially from doing it from a bank **Developer response:** Hey! Please email us at hello@zurp.com and we'll get this sorted out ASAP. We're happy to schedule a call as well if you prefer but we don't have phone support yet. ### 1/5 — Deposit takes to long *2023-09-29* I deposited money into the Zurp account from my bank account. It’s been four days and shows pending but my bank account shows it was taken out. Once my money if it ever does I’ll be cutting there card up and closing my account. No customer service no one to call. You call the number and after a brief message they hang up on you. Horrible customer support it takes a day for a check to clear. I want my money back ### 1/5 — Not work for Apple Pay deposit and cash app instant deposit *2023-09-04* Came from Enzo ,but the app is not useful .You won’t be able to link the card to Apple Pay or cash app for any instant transfer .Sorry ,I might need to close my account and switch to zeta . ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2023-05-10* Initial application was denied because they couldn’t verify my identity. Then they said I could reapply with a picture of myself and my ID. Then after I thought the account was open, I couldn’t transfer funds into the account. The reason? Then received an email said my application was declined. Won’t use this app anymore. ### 3/5 — Great interest. Mediocre rewards. *2023-11-10* Nice to get 5% APY although it would be better to get 5% APR bc compounding would result in a higher APY. The points system is misleading. You can get 8 points per dollar spent but the points you earn only exchange at roughly 1,000 points per dollar. At least there are numerous rewards to exchange for. Mostly gift cards. I'm going to use my 4% cash back credit card though instead of zurp bc then I can get more in points value and earn interest on my money for longer before I owe. ### 5/5 — Excellent Credit Score Booster! *2024-01-31* This has boosted my credit score fast within just a few months!
